Designed as three blue guilloché and white enamel oval plaques with gold festoons, ribbon bows and foliate motifs, enhanced by circular and cushion-cut diamonds, with seed pearl and gold swags linked to the center plaque suspending a seed pearl, circa 1900, 16 1/2 ins., with French assay marks for 18k gold
