(14) An assorted lot of Chinese blue and white plates
17th-18th Century
Comprising a set of six Madame de Pompadour pattern plates painted with a flower-head surrounded with four cartouches to the well enclosing fish and birds, 22.5 cm. diam.; a set of three plates painted with two rows of pagoda's in a landscape, 22.3 cm. diam.; a flower-shaped saucer dish painted with butterflies hovering above flowering peony, repeated with shaped panels to to the well and flower-shaped rim, 33.6 cm. diam.; a pair of saucer dishes painted with pagoda's in a river landscape, 30.5 cm. diam.; and a pair of similarly decorated plates, 22.4 cm. diam., chips and frittings (14)
