The obverse with a bearded male worshipper offering a sprig to an ithyphallic image of the god Hermes, the worshipper wearing a himation draped over his left shoulder and arm, a fillet in his hair, holding a walking stick in his left hand, the sprig in his right, the Herm on a stepped platform, a patterned and fringed covering hanging in front, a wreath in his hair, a pinax or votive plaque hanging between, the pinax painted with a figure in black, wearing a mantle, standing with legs crossed at ease, the neck with a chain of dotted lotus bud; the reverse with a single figure of a draped man walking to the left but looking back, a walking stick in his right hand; with rays above the foot
