Each side with broad wesekh (floral) collar, a squatting monkey either side of the neck, the flask's body encircled with raised band with lotus, palmette and papyrus motifs and hieroglyphic inscription on each side, reading respectively: "Neith [wishes] Happy New Year to its Lord" and "Ptah [wishes] Happy New Year to its Lord"
