With straight fullered blade double-edged towards the point and stamped twice on each side 'Andria Farara', iron hilt comprising chiselled guard decorated in low relief with a mask, and scrolling foliage terminating in grotesque heads, all on a punched ground, slender scrolled bars, associated pommel, and wire-bound grip (some pitting throughout, grip a working replacement)
