An English porcelain tuquoise-ground flared square jardinière, and a Sèvres pattern blue-ground seau crenellé
Circa 1810 and 1840, the second with blue interlaced L mark
The first with two panels of flowers, one in a basket on a ledge, and with two moulded gilt mask of Ceres flanked by gilt scrolling foliage with moulded gilt scrolls to the top and on four gilt scroll feet (one foot a restored replacement, crack to base), 7½ in. (19 cm. ) high; the seau crenellé with birds among trees and shrubs within richly gilt scroll cartouches beneath a gilt dentil rim (foot detached, cracked and chipped, base pierced, gilding rubbed), 11 in. (28 cm.) wide (2)
