PROBABLY FIRST QUARTER OF THE 16TH CENTURY, BOLOGNA OR FLORENCE
Of swelling form applied with strap handles, overlaid with a cream-coloured slip incised and carved to reveal bands of foliage above simulated gadrooning, the strap handles with waved pattern and line ornament; chipping to rims, one handle and small adjacent area with restoration
