with moulded lid (lacking hinges and reversed), above a profusely carved front with whirl filled guilloche frieze above three panels, each with stylised foliate motifs and whirls to the upper corners, flanked by uprights with rosette and whirl filled guilloche, on stile feet, the interior lined with old bill stickers downward facing and the lid lined with three notices dated 1843 -- 51in. (130cm.) wide
