Of rectangular form surmounted by a scroll and shell handle flanked by busts of putti, the hinged cover composed of four panels painted with vignettes of eighteenth century couples in garden landscapes, fitted at the corners with cast cornucopiae issuing flowers, the conforming box with baroque style mount centering a gaping mask escutheon, flanked with caryatid putti standing atop rocaille scroll feet, with key
