Lot Essay

The present lady's bracelet watch was produced by the celebrated firm Audemars Piguet and is highly unusual. Made entirely of 18k gold, its light weight is surprising. This is mainly achieved by the gold bracelet being carefully constructed, the end result is a mesh-form appearance with a hollow middle. With a lip to easily open the dial cover, we see a delicate rectangular-shaped dial that is hidden when closed. The clasp is signed Audemars Piguet to the outside.
