Engraved title, numerous large woodcut initials, with the final blank (lacking the first blank, title repaired in upper margin and lower corner with slight loss of image, M4 & 5 with small hole affecting a few letters, 3D5 with paper flaw in upper margin, verso of lower margin of 4P2 strengthened with paper, lower margin lightly waterstained, occasional light old soiling).
