A stoneware pilgrim bottle-vase decorated in tenmoku and kaki glaze with incised willow tree designs to the front and reverse, thrown in sections and assembled, and with a lacquer repair done by Bernard Leach, impressed BL and St Ives seals inside the foot-ring
