Besta Bestrizal's works revolve around the themes of humanity, science and art. The artist's photorealist approach is grounded in photography where he constructs scenarios that are then processed as digital images that are later manipulated and embellished with elements that enable the artist to further present his moral and oftentimes personal message.

Little Flowers Never Worry is a portrayal of a boy with a girl's head in an ordinary wooden box which replaces his original head. Accompanied by a small deer and a horse, the boy stands calmly against a wallpapered wall. The pattern of the rose wallpaper is seen running through his upper limbs and body. For Besta, red symbolizes success. The use of red on one of the roses symbolizes strive for success. Bright accents of colour from the flowers on the painting contrast starkly against the monochromatic background, and Besta suggests the perseverance of hope, goodness and strength that continue to flourish even in the gloomiest of circumstances.
