CONTEMPORARY DARK BLUE VELVET, ONE OF ONLY 3 COPIES SPECIALLY BOUND. A one-page typed letter from John Murray to Michael Sadleir, loosely-inserted, dated 11th August 1942, enclosing the present copy as a “swop” for “the splendid Amandiana”, clarifies the limitation: “… here is the specially bound copy of Continual Dew. There were only three copies issued – one for the author, one for myself and this one.”
