Vénus 179-14 nickel-finished jewelled lever movement, two-tone silvered dial, luminous Arabic numerals, luminous hands, outer five minute divisions and blue tachymetre scale, two engine-turned subsidiary dials for constant seconds and 30 minutes register, circular case, downturned angular lugs, snap on back, split seconds chronograph mechanism operated through two rectangular buttons in the band and through the crown, case numbered, dial signed
