Contemporary green morocco by Owen decorated in gilt and blind, spine with tan morocco lettering-piece (joints splitting, extremities lightly rubbed). PRESENTATION COPY, a front free endpaper inscribed, "To Robt. Devereux Nicholls Esq. from the Author." Provenance: H. W. Ryland (stamp on front free endpaper); "Collection Christopher Dobson April 1970" (pencil note).
