With nickel-finished lever movement, 18 jewels, bimetallic compensation balance, the engine-turned sunburst decorated silvered dial with an aperture for the jumping Arabic hours, outer five minute divisions with central blued steel hand, in plain circular case with snap on back, case numbered, dial and movement signed
45 mm. diam.

Lot Essay

According to the Archives of Cartier, the present watch was sold by Cartier in Paris in 1916.
