Cho Sunghee received her MA from Ewha Womans University in 1975 and studied at the school of the Art Institute of Chicago in 1988. She had one-person exhibitions at the Chosun Gallery, Seoul, in 1975 and 2009; Gallery Hyundai, Seoul, in 1976; Park Ryu Sook Gallery, Seoul, in 1985; Lloyd Shin Gallery, Seoul, in 1994; Gallery Artlink, Seoul, in 2012; and Kang Collection Korean Art, New York, in 2013. Cho's work is in the collection of the National Museum of Contemporay Art, Kwachon, Korea and Sejong Center, Seoul, among others.
