Lot Essay

The introduction of the postcode verses the material of this sign, would suggest a date of around 1920 and although the sign is presently framed on wood, it would originally have been in a metal frame, lined with steel and clipped with lead. Drury Lane is renouned for its theatre links and is now part of the 'Theatre Land' tour
