The CHRONOMÈTRE À RÉSONANCE model was unveiled in 2000 as the only wristwatch in the world based on resonance, a natural physical phenomenon. Using the natural phenomenon of resonance, the mechanism revolutionised established standards and offers a previously unmatched degree of precision in mechanical wristwatches. The two balance-wheels are synchronised by means of the resonance effect and naturally beat alternately in harmony. The negative effects of wrist and body movements are hence considerably reduced.
