Close in composition to a drawing also in black and white chalk on blue paper in Düsseldorf (C. Klemm, Gaspard Dughet und die Ideale Landschaft. Die Zeichnungen im Kunstmuseum Düsseldorf, Düsseldorf, 1981, no. 18, illustrated on cover) which is a study for a painting now in the Columbus Museum of Fine Art (M.-N. Boisclair, Gaspard Dughet.
