The attribution was kindly suggested by Peter Schatborn who compares the drawing to a signed drawing of a similar subject in the Frits Lugt Collection at the Institut Néerlandais, Paris (K.G. Boon, Netherlandish and German drawings of the Frits Lugt Collection, Paris, 1992, no. 58, pl. 219).
