Through the eyes of Guy Carleton Wiggins, New York City is in a constant blizzard. An Impressionist from the Old Lyme art colony in Connecticut, Wiggins settled in New York and gained a reputation for uniquely capturing the bustling city in a white mantle of snow. In Wall Street and Old Trinity, Wiggins shows the riot of colorful elements of the city shining though light, translucent snowflakes.
