Please note that there is an inscription by Su Gengchun (1924-2001) on the mounting of the painting. Su, courtesy name Gengzhun, helped in his father's Chinese paintings gallery as a child. As a connoisseur of Chinese paintings, he held positions at the Guangdong Provincial Museum and the Guangdong Provincial Cultural Relics and Archaeology Institute. His own works are also featured in several publications.
