Special Notice

Lot Essay

An almost identical composition with almost identical measurements by Cats was sold with Paul Brandt, Amsterdam, 12 December 1955, lot 285 (probably the same drawing as was offered with Sotheby's, Amsterdam, 2 May 1984, lot 22).
