Lot Essay

The Château de Mousseaux in Boynes, near Phitiviers in the Loiret, was the property of Pierre-Etienne Bourgeois de Boynes (1718-1783). It was completely destroyed in the 19th century. The present views were probably executed circa 1775-80.
