Sur la plage a Bali (At the beach, Bali)

In the seventies, Volang met Donald Friend at the famous Galerie Drouant in Paris, where both were having their exhibitions. During the meeting, Friend advised Volang to take a trip to Bali which Volang did and spent 3 weeks on the island. The artist painted two works during the stay which the present work is one of them.
