Excursions of Pleasure and Sports on the Thames. London: W. Simkin and R. Marshall, 1823. Small 8vo, coloured aquatint frontispiece and 23 plates. (Lightly browned, occasional spotting.) Contemporary marbled boards, crowned monogram 'EA'on sides, flat spine ruled in gilt, red lettering-piece, uncut and partly unopened (extremities rubbed, head of spine chipped). Provenance: Eugene Beauharnais (1781-1824, son of Empress Jospehine, married to Augusta Amalia of Bavaria, crowned monogram on sides) -- Nathan of Churt (Harry Louis Nathan, 1st Baron of Nathan (1889-1963), armorial bookplate).
