(two plates lacking, mostly faded, some vols. slightly browned, 2 leaves in 1903 loose, lacking all advertisement leaves). Later green calf-backed cloth by Birdsall & Son of Northampton, brown morocco spine labels, marbled edges (spines rubbed). Provenance: H.C. Boycott (signature in 10 vols.) -- 1912 with a post card of the Australian Team of that year, addressed to Miss Gill of Staten Island, franked Bognor 24 July 1912, with message 'Hope to see the famous relative in his 50th Test Match tomorrow', initialled GHL.
