FIRST AND ONLY ENGLISH EDITION. RARE MULTIGRAPHED TYPESCRIPT OF JUNG'S LECTURES ON CHILDREN'S DREAMS. Originally published as a multigraphed typescript in German under the title Psychologische Interpretation von Kinderträumen und ältere Literatur über Träume, Psychological Interpretation ... contains transcriptions of 15 lectures given by Jung between 25 October 1938 and 7 March 1939 at the Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule, Zurich (where he was appointed professor in 1935). It is stated on p.[iii] that 'These notes are multigraphed for private circulation only. No part can be copied or quoted for publication without Prof. Jung's written permission'; the text is not included in The Collected Works of C.G. Jung (London: 1953-1979, 20 vols) and Ress does not note its publication elsewhere. This copy is from the library of the Jungian analyst E. Gwen Mountford, who was a member of the C.J. Jung Analytical Psychology Club since 1940, a teacher at the Club's seminars, and a regular contributor to its journal Harvest from the 1950s. Her contributions to Harvest included articles on 'The Shakespearian Dream', 'Modern Fairy Tale', 'Love and Power in Personal Relationships' and other subjects, as well as poems and reviews. Ress p.214.
