A pair of enormous doors seen in entrance to the gambling room of Rick's Cafe. Constructed of solid wood, they are decorative in design with a three-panel criss-cross pattern on the front highlighted by centered florette adornments. (Original paint color is unknown since the film was black and white, but they are now painted orange, rust and brown.) These doors are seen throughout the film including the key scene when Ugarte, as portrayed by Peter Lorre, turns and fires his pistol at the pursuing officers.

These doors were originally sold in the "Film and Television Memorabilia" auction Christie's had in December 1994; Sale 7639, Lot 97, Page 36 of that catalogue; final price realized was $20,700.
