(Sheet size: 120 x 115mm). 20 hand-coloured engraved views of individual buildings, within roundels, 12 with border outside the roundel with grey wash, mounted on later card. 20th-century red straight-grained morocco gilt, gilt turn-ins, gilt edges, by Morrell. A selection from a Fores series, which according to Abbey, was complete with 24 views, published four-to-a-plate on 6 leaves. Each building is indentified beneath the image and the series as a whole shows very high quality hand-colouring. Cf. Abbey Scenery 203. (2)
