According to the Archives of Longines, the present watch was manufactured in 1943 and invoiced to the company's agent Messrs. Ostersetzer in Italy in 1943.
Amongst collectors, Longines chronographs rank at the very top of the hierarchy of the world's most beautiful stop watches ever made.
