Lot Essay

Passini studied at the Academies in Vienna and Leipzig. He worked principally in Italy, he was elected an honorary member of the Venetian Academy, and also in Germany and France. Watercolours of Venice and Rome were sold in these Rooms on 27 October 2000, lot 100, and 4 December 2002, lot 105.
