[London], 2 July 1527, 36 lines written in secretary hand in brown ink on vellum, one membrane, 280 x 375 mm, the first four letters of More's signature written across the upper part of the tag bearing his seal, impressions of intaglio seals in red wax pendent on vellum tags (worn in horizontal folds and vertical central fold with areas of poor legibility, a few tiny holes touching letters, dust-stained on verso).

The document records the award of title to four messuages in the parish of St Bride in the City of London, formerly property of Sir Andrew Wyndesore and his wife Anne, to Stephen Punchon, in return for an annuity, and arrears. The document is dated half-way through More's four-year period as Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, whose territorial possessions were widely scattered.
