Three miniatures: a young officer in red military jacket with gold collar and frogging, white tassles, together with Frederick I (1750-1827), King of Saxony 1805-1827, in red-bordered white coat with gold epaulettes, wearing the green sash and the breast-star of the Royal Saxon Order of the Rue Crown, powdered hair worn en queue (Continental School, 19th Century); together with Ludwig I (1786-1868), King of Bavaria 1825-1848, in blue coat with silver-embroidered red collar, wearing the breast-stars of the Royal Bavarian Orders of St Hubert and of St George and the badge of the Military Max-Joseph Order of Bavaria (Peter Mayr, German, 1758-1836)
