NAVAJO SPURS
A PAIR OF EARLY 20TH CENTURY TWO PIECE SPURS CONSTRUCTED OF CAST SILVER. THE HEEL BANDS ARE ADORNED WITH LARGE SCALLOPED CONCHAS AND A LINEAR MOTIF WHICH IS CONTINUED ON THROUGH THE SHANKS, CHAP GUARDS, AND ROWELS. THE SPUR STRAP CONCHAS AND BUCKLES WERE CREATED IN THE SAME FASHION TOGETHER WITH CARVED LEATHER STRAPS DEPICTING A ROAD RUNNER.
