Lot Essay

Accompanied by Patek Philippe detached 18K white gold mesh bracelet, Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with white gold bracelet in 1963 and its subsequent sale on 12 August 1965. Furthermore delivered with Patek Philippe original fitted presentation box.

The present watch has never been offered at auction before and is furthermore the only example of reference 3411 in white gold to appear in public to date.

Reference 3411 was launched in 1959 and remained in production until the late 1960s. The majority was cased in yellow gold, only one example in pink gold and one in white gold, the present watch, are known to date.
