With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with silvered dial and raised hour markers in gold in 1929 and its subsequent sale on 30 November 1934.

Fresh to the market, the appeal of this watch is enhanced by the highly attractive "sector" or "aviator" dial and the sweep centre seconds, a rare feature in early pocketwatches.
