With frosted gilt-finished jewelled bar lever movement, bi-metallic compensation screw balance, four wheel winding train, under gold cuvette, the white enamel dial with Roman numerals, gold hour and minute hands, blued steel independent and flying 1/5th seconds hands, in engine turned case, stop/start button for the independent seconds in the band, accompanied with a Patek Philippe certificate, case and cuvette signed
55mm diam.

A watch similar to the one being auctioned but without flying 1/5th seconds was sold by Christie's Geneva 15th November 1989 for 176,000SFr.
