Lot Essay

With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with gilded dial, 12 applied indexes in yellow gold and bracelet in yellow gold in 1979 and its subsequent sale on 20 October 1981.

To the best of our knowledge, this watch has never been offered in public before.

Reference 3682, part of Patek Philippe's "ultra thin" collection, was in production from 1978 until the mid 1980s. The model was made in two versions, either with leather strap or with integral gold bracelet, such as the present watch, under reference 3862/1.
