Small 4°, woodcut device on title and verso of last leaf of text, one full-page woodcut map, vignettes and initials (lacking final blank, title thumb-soiled, few leaves at beginning detached, light worming at beginning, lightly spotted throught, a few stains, a few pages crossed in ink), later vellum (vellum of front cover partly torn away, front hinges split).
