Ce bureau est originellement commandé par Louise de Vilmorin, compagne d'André Malraux en 1968 et achevé en 1969 ; suite à son décès la même année, le bureau est vendu à un ami de Philippe Hiquily et sera daté de 1972. Cette pièce est restée jusqu'à ce jour dans cette collection privée parisienne. Cette oeuvre a été authentifiée par le Comité Hiquily, France. Un certificat d'authenticité pourra être obtenu auprès du Comité Hiquily (sur demande et à la charge du client).
This desk was originally ordered by Louise de Vilmorin, companion of the French Cultural Affairs Minister André Malraux, in 1968 and executed in 1969 ; following her death the same year, the piece was sold to a friend of Philippe Hiquilly and is dated 1972. The piece was in this private parisian collection until today.This piece was authenticated by the Comité Hiquily France.
