Lot Essay

Reference 6034 was introduced into the market in the early 1950s; the majority was cased in stainless steel or 18K gold, a small series in 14K gold.

The present watch is a very attractive example of reference 6034, its classy look enhanced by the nice, well-preserved original condition.

Different versions of the model are described and illustrated in I Cronografi Rolex - La Leggenda, Pucci Papaleo Editore, pp. 230 - 251.
