CHINE, SIGNES DENG XIAOYU (1920-2000), DATES DE L'ANNEE SIMAO CORRESPONDANT A 1939
Comprenant une boîte à encre couverte, une boîte à pâte à sceaux couverte, une boîte à cachet couverte, un petit brûle-parfum tripode couvert, un repose-pinceaux en forme de montagne, un repose-bâton d'encre et un repose-poignet en forme de livre. Ils sont délicatement peints de canards, oiseaux et coqs dans des jardins arborés et rocailleux. Certains portent une inscription poétique, d'autres un slogan patriotique. Les bases portent tous une marque Jiangxi Ciye Gongsi en rouge de fer.

Lot Essay

Deng Xiaoyu was born in a family of famous ceramic potters. His grandfather was Deng Bishan, one of the "Eight Friends of Zhushan". Strongly influenced by Cheng Yiting and the Lingnan School, he was particularly good at painting birds and flowers on famille rose porcelain pieces such as our present lot.
