Specimen 1c. to $3, less 2c. and 30c. but with 1907-11 4c., 6c. and 10c. overprinted "SPECIMEN", each stamp additionally handstamped "ULTRAMAR" in violet; some usual loss of colour where the stamps have been soaked of their original backing paper, very scarce. Photo
