Guanyin is seated in vajrasana with the right hand raised in abhayamudra while the left is resting on his lap. She is wearing an under garment secured to the front with a knotted ribbon and a mantle falling in pleats over the legs. An elaborate necklace is draped around her neck. Her face displays a serene expression with downcast eyes below arched eyebrows and her hair is in a chignon.
