Album containing fifty-one hand-tinted albumen prints, each approx. 8 x 10 in. or the reverse, the majority numbered and titled in the negatives, mounted one-per-page and one mounted to inside of back cover, lacquer boards (re-lined), the front cover in red, depicting two Japanese women standing on a balcony looking into the water with wysteria vines hanging above, ivory, mother-of-pearl and gilt onlay, the back cover black lacquer with blue border decorated with flowers and leaves, g.e., oblong 4to.
