The exceedingly rare 1867 Post Office Notice (320x497mm.) dated July 11th. with Italian, Arabic, french and English text with a complete set of the 1867 Penasson issue stuck on below and showing the imprint "Litogafia di Carlsen e PENASSON, Alessandria d'Egitto" at foot. Some damage to the notice which has been partially repaired with adhesive tape, causing some bleeding of the glue on the obverse. One of the few surviving examples of this rare Notice.
