THREE CELADON JADE PLAQUES, AND AN AGATE CARVING
19TH-20TH CENTURY
The first is a pale celadon jade plaque carved and pierced with a parrot perched on a branch. The second is a pale celadon jade carving of a mythical beast. The third is a celadon and brown jade tablet with a chilong clambering on top. The last is an agate carving modelled as a double gourd.
The largest 3 in. (7.6 cm.) wide
Provenance
Private European collection acquired prior to 2005.
